Comic Con fun will be rolling into Bolton bringing high profile stars to town.
Comic Con Mania is coming to Bolton Arena on Saturday, May 18.
Fans will have a chance to meet celebrity guests, take part in a cosplay competition and parade, there will be retro and current gaming.
There will also be props from hit TV shows and films as well as set builds and traders will also set up stall.
Bernard Hill, known for his roles as King Theoden in the Lord of the Rings trilogy and Captain Smith in 1997's Titanic, will be among the well-know faces.
Also there, fighting off Daleks, will be Peter Davison and Sarah Sutton, who played the fifth Doctor Who and his companion Nyssa.
Timewarping to the con will be Patricia Quinn, best known for her role as Magenta in cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Andy Kleek who is bringing Comic Con Mania to the town said: "Bolton is a place I have an affinity with, I am from Manchester and know a lot of people around there, it is a place that has been on our radar.
"It's a pop culture frenzy, with everything pop culture related. We have got celebrity guests on the day, set build recreations so they can be 'on the set' of shows like Stranger Things and Cobra Kai.
"We will have cosplay, and a cosplay masquerade, stage panels, traders, it is a full-on pop culture day.

"It is the community feel, people coming together, we get a lot of regulars coming to our shows who like to come down, see friends and meet like-minded people."

Andy added: "It is a safe space where people can be themselves, dress how they want in a safe environment, see celebrities, prop builds, involved in a plethora of pop culture attractions.
"This is something we want to build into a big event in the future, such as two days, make a major show, and it would be great to have the support of the people of Bolton."
